Beware of Fraudsters!

We would like to alert you to phishing emails claiming to be from eMPF or MPFA which lure you to input your eMPF™ login password on a fraudulent website to capture your password, account information or personal information. eMPF and MPFA have no connection with the fraudulent website and phishing emails. Please always stay vigilant and access eMPF services only through our official website at empf.org.hk or eMPF Mobile App. Anyone who has received such phishing emails or clicked on the link to a fraudulent website, and suspected that personal information may have been leaked should report immediately to the Police for assistance.

To avoid missing the tax deduction opportunity for the 2025-2026 tax year, you are advised to submit your Tax Deductible Voluntary Contribution (TVC) Account enrolment and contributions as early as possible to ensure they are received on or before 31 March 2026.

Beware of Fraudulent Emails Purporting to be from MPFA or eMPF Company

MPFA noted recently that there have been phishing emails originating from noreply@hkmpf.com, falsely claiming to be from MPFA and/or eMPF Platform Company Limited (eMPF Company). Those emails claimed that there are suspicious logins and abnormal activities in the eMPF Platform (eMPF) accounts of the recipients, attempting to lure them into clicking on hyperlinks embedded in the emails that direct them to fraudulent websites.
